MAKE A MINIMUM PURCHASE OF 13 SESSIONS CREDITS (1 PROGRAM).

ESTABLISH YOUR WEEKLY SESSION SCHEDULE (1-4 Learners)
You have 4 options:
Once your Program has commenced, you may request, at any time, to have a class delivered ONLINE via Whereby.

Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm
Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 6pm.

OPEN THE PROGRAM ENROLLMENT FORM & PROPOSE YOUR DESIRED SCHEDULE.
We will work with you to set up a personalised Program which suits your individual scheduling needs.
Setting up a "Flexible" Schedule
with NO Fixed Session Dates

It will cost you a bit more, but our "Flexible Scheduling" option may be just what you need if you have a hectic work schedule.
If you are NOT able to commit to a "fixed" schedule with firm session dates ....
You may make a Minimum Purchase of 13 SESSION CREDITS
to be used over a 4 month period.
You will be free to schedule your sessions on a week-to-week basis based on your availability and the availability of LSI’s faculty-members.
UNDER THIS SCENARIO :

You simply contact the LSI Admissions Office on or before THURSDAY, whenever you require a session(s) for the following week.

The Admissions Office will reserve an Instructor for you, based on the availability of LSI faculty-members in the given week.
Session Credits must be used within 4 months of purchase.
UNUSED SESSION CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
You will be served by various Instructors
(based on the availability of Instructors from week-to-week).
You may not always be able to reserve classes for the exact time slot(s) you desire . . . but we will try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
In a given week, you may not be able to
reserve more than 1 or 2 sessions.
This is important to keep in mind as you approach the end of the 4-month validity period of your session credits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fixed Weekly Session Schedule
Missed sessions must be rescheduled and taken within two weeks of the cancellation date.
Sessions cancelled after the Cancellation Deadline may NOT be rescheduled,
and will be treated as "session delivered."
Beyond the allowable "reschedules," all cancelled sessions will be charged as having been delivered.
Flexible Schedule
If, after booking a session for a given week, you wish to cancel and reschedule that session, you are free to do so.
Under our "Flexible Schedule" Program, you are entitled to :
Unlimited reschedules with 1 business days notice (by 4pm)
Sessions cancelled after the Cancellation Deadline
may NOT be rescheduled, and will be treated as "sessions delivered."

TUTORIAL FEES & PAYMENT DETAILS
MINIMUM PURCHASE : 1 PROGRAM (13 SESSIONS / 1.5 HOURS EACH).
THERE IS NO PAYMENT DUE AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT.
When your Enrollment is received, LSI’s Admissions Office will immediately schedule a
COMPLIMENTARY 30-MINUTE “TECHNICAL SESSION” to review LSI’s session procedures and ensure that we have an adequate internet connection.
Should the Technical Session prove satisfactory, then we will forward an Invoice for your Tuition Fee and you may commence your Program.
An electronic Invoice will be sent via email.
