STEP ONE
ESTABLISH YOUR SESSION SCHEDULE (1-4 Learners)
ASSESSMENT CHECKPOINTS
​Upon completion of each 12 sessions of your Program, your 13th session will be used as a Review and Assessment Session.
During these sessions, your Instructor will have you complete a number of specific tasks designed to establish your language proficiency.
Then, within 14 days following the session, you'll be issued a Written Evaluation of how much you have developed
in the CEFR Standard since your previous Assessment.
Once your Program has commenced, you may request, at any time, to have a class delivered ONLINE.

CANCELLING A SESSION
To cancel a scheduled session, the LSI Office must be notified by email
one business day prior to the scheduled session, no later than 4pm.
A cancelled session may be rescheduled at no charge provided it is rescheduled within 14 days after the cancellation.
Sessions cancelled after the Cancellation Deadline will be treated as "sessions delivered."
Beyond the allowable "reschedules" of your chosen Scheduling Option,
all cancelled sessions will be charged as having been delivered.

SETTING UP A "FLEXIBLE" SCHEDULE WITH NO FIXED SESSION DATES
It will cost you a bit more, but our "Flexible Scheduling" option may be just what you
need if you have a hectic work schedule.

You'll be free to schedule your sessions on a week-to-week basis based on your availability and the availability of LSI's faculty-members.

UNDER THE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING PLAN :

You simply contact the LSI Office on or before Thursday whenever you require a session(s) for the following week.
The Admission Office will reserve an Instructor for you, based on the availability
of LSI faculty-members in the given week.

After scheduling any session, you're free to cancel and reschedule it at anytime up until 4pm, one day prior to the appointment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
SESSIONS ARE VALID FOR 2 MONTHS.
All 13 Sessions must be used within 2 months
from the date of purchase.
You will be served by various Instructors
(based on the availability of Instructors
from week-to-week).
You may not always be able to reserve classes for the

but we will try to

This is the mode of delivery our students generally demand, given the nightmarish traffic gridlock that plagues the Capital at this time.
Our onsite program is designed to relieve students of the stress normally associated with “keeping appointments” in Jakarta, by shifting that responsibility to LSI.
​LOCAL EXPATRIATES typically study at their offices or homes. VISITING STUDENTS usually study at their hotels or guest houses.
​
Study locations must be within Jakarta's city limits. Sessions may NOT be conducted in public places such as cafés or restaurants.
