1. You may study onsite at your location. Our onsite program is designed to relieve students of the stress normally associated with “keeping appointments” in Jakarta, by shifting that responsibility to LSI. Study locations must be within Jakarta's city limits. Sessions may NOT be conducted in public places such as cafés or restaurants.
LOCAL EXPATRIATES typically study at their offices or homes. VISITING STUDENTS usually study at their hotels or guest houses.
2. You may also study at the LSI Facility, situated on the main road of Fatmawati street across Lotte Mart and a few steps away from Cipete Raya MRT station our facility has been established for the convenience of those staying or working in South and Central Jakarta. LSI's Facility is easily accessible to downtown residents and business professionals, as well as visitors staying in South Jakarta.

Language Assessment
ASSESSMENT CHECKPOINTS
Every 20 Lesson Hours within your Language Program will function as a Review and Assessment Session. During these sessions, your Instructor will have you complete a number of specific tasks designed to establish your language proficiency. Then, within 14 days following the class, you'll be issued a Written Evaluation of how much you have developed in the CEFR Standard since your previous Assessment.

CANCELLING A CLASS
To cancel a scheduled class, the LSI Office must be notified by email
one business day prior to the scheduled class, no later than 4pm (Jakarta time).
Classes cancelled after the Cancellation Deadline will be treated as "classes delivered."
Beyond the allowable "reschedules" of your chosen Learning Hours Package,
all canceled classes will be charged as having been delivered.
