CANCELLING A CLASS

To cancel a scheduled class, the LSI Office must be notified by email

one business day prior to the scheduled class, no later than 4pm (Jakarta time).

Classes cancelled after the Cancellation Deadline will be treated as "classes delivered."

Beyond the allowable "reschedules" of your chosen Learning Hours Package,

all canceled classes will be charged as having been delivered.

Classes may begin two business days after Tuition Fees are received.

TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

‘Education’ is NOT taxable in Indonesia.

Language Assessment

ASSESSMENT CHECKPOINTS

Every 20 Lesson Hours within your Language Program will function as a Review and Assessment Session. During these sessions, your Instructor will have you complete a number of specific tasks designed to establish your language proficiency. within 14 days following the class, you'll be issued a Written Evaluation of how much you have developed in the CEFR Standard since your previous Assessment.
