With this in mind, each video in our series demonstrates how INDONESIAN WORDS & PHRASES are used in one particular setting and provides definitions of those phrases when used in that specific setting.
IN THIS VIDEO, WE EXPLORE LANGUAGE TYPICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH FOOD SHOPPING.
We join Sharine in her kitchen where she is checking on her food supplies.
After she has prepared her shopping list, we follow her to a traditional market
where she selects the juice and fresh fruit she needs for the day.
After weighing her fruit and negotiating with the vendor for a good price,
We watch as Sharine packs up her purchases and returns home to prepare a meal.
