Welcome to the eighth episode of our video series,” BAHASA INDONESIA IN CONTEXT.”
Like all languages, Indonesian words and phrases can take on entirely different meanings when used in different situations. With this in mind, each video in our series demonstrates how INDONESIAN PHRASES are used in one particular setting and provides definitions of those phrases when used in that specific setting.
IN THIS VIDEO, WE LOOK AT LANGUAGE OFTEN USED DURING ONE'S LEISURE TIME.
We follow Sharine as she goes through her morning ritual - going for a walk, doing some meditating, and tending to her garden. Once she completes her morning routine, we watch as she settles down to enjoy a movie, listen to some music, and take a short nap. When she awakes, we see Sharine play with her dog, then fill her afternoon with some of her favourite leisure activities - drawing a sketch, playing a video game, reading a book, and singing. As her day comes to an end, we see Sharine hanging out with a friend and the two of them taking pictures of themselves by the pool.
